We operate two blast freezers, each with a capacity of 14 pallets, which are capable of freezing fresh product down to -20℃ within 18 to 24 hours. Both chambers can also be set up for blast chilling or uptempering. The blast freezers can be run separately enabling us to blast freeze product in one chamber whilst chilling or uptempering product in the second chamber simultaneously.
We also provide a separating service whereby product is separated or divided before it is put into the blast freezer. This allows air to flow around the product and helps reduce the amount of time it takes for the product to freeze.
